Troubleshooting
Quick fixes for common issues. If you’re stuck, email support with your app version and platform (iOS/Android/Web).
Location not working
- Enable Location for Addaa in system settings (While Using the App).
- Turn on GPS / high accuracy mode.
- On web, the browser must allow location; some browsers require HTTPS.
Login & OTP
- Enter your full number with country code.
- Wait a minute before requesting another code; check spam for SMS.
- Try cellular data if Wi‑Fi blocks SMS.
Invites not showing
- Open Invites from the mail icon; pending event invites also appear on Home and Calendar in many builds.
- Pull to refresh.
- Confirm you’re signed into the same account the host invited.
